Watch Tom Holland Face Punisher in ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ Trailer

Tom Holland ‘s Spider-Man is back in action in the first trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day . The film, directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, hits theaters this summer and marks Holland’s fourth solo outing as the web-flinging superhero. In the clip, Peter Parker is faced with the new reality that his pals Ned (Jacob Batalon) and MJ ( Zendaya ) have forgotten their histories with him.

He is also dealing with the possibility that his spider DNA is “mutating.” The trailer sees Parker seeking help from Dr. Bruce Banner, a.k.a. the Hulk ( Mark Ruffalo ). Spider-Man: Brand New Day has teased several villains, some of whom can be glimpsed in the trailer. Spider-Man fights Punisher ( Jon Bernthal ) and Scorpion (Michael Mando), and other threats seem to be on the horizon.
