Watch BTS Showcase Dynamic Rendition of ‘2.0’ on ‘Fallon’
The upbeat track comes off BTS’ new LP, Arirang . The seven-piece band sang and danced on the floor of the Guggenheim as fans watched from the circular levels above. RM, notably, sat on a stool for most of the performance having injured his ankle during rehearsals for the group’s recent comeback concert. Arirang is BTS’ first full-length album since 2022.
To make the album, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook all moved to Los Angeles, where they lived together in a house for two months. It was the first time all seven of them had lived in the same place since 2019. During the interview, V also explained the meaning behind “2.0,” saying the dynamic song is about “who we are today after our solo journey.” “When we say ‘You know how we do it’ in ‘2.0.’ you could feel it,” he added.
