The Veronicas Cover Sombr’s ’12 to 12′ for triple j’s ‘Like A Version’

Australian pop duo The Veronicas have delivered a new performance for triple j’s long-running Like A Version series, taking on sombr’s track “12 to 12.” Introducing their choice of song in the studio, the sisters described sombr as a compelling songwriter and said the track immediately stood out to them as a standout piece of pop writing.

Alongside the cover, The Veronicas also performed their breakout hit “Untouched,” the 2007 single from their album Hook Me Up . Earlier in the week, Baltimore hardcore band Turnstile launched the expanded schedule with a rendition of the Stone Roses’ classic “I Wanna Be Adored,” paying tribute to the band’s late bassist Mani.
